AttraX Spring | Shenzhen OpenClaw Hackathon Brings 200+ Young Builders to Former Beer Factory

Over 200 young builders from universities, tech companies, and startups converged on BREWTOWN Shenzhen — a space converted from the former Kingway Beer factory — for the AttraX Spring | Shenzhen OpenClaw Hackathon.

The event ran for four days and three nights across five tracks: software and social entertainment, hardware and embodied intelligence, global products, AI art and creation, and AI for better city life. Participants built prototypes, pitched products, and demonstrated what the next generation can create when given space, trust, and resources.

Organized by AttraX, a global “Outlier” community initiated by students from Tsinghua University and Peking University, the hackathon brought together engineers, artists, hackers, designers, and entrepreneurs. Mentors, judges, partners, and volunteers supported the effort.

The venue choice was deliberate — holding a future-facing AI hackathon in a place with industrial heritage reflected the event’s “Spring Tide” spirit: “from manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, from industrial heritage to creative futures.”

The AttraX co-founder noted the event was notable not only for participants’ technical capability but also their energy, courage, and sense of possibility.
