Limitations

The quality of the meal plan is directly proportional to the quality of your preferences file. “I like food” gets you nowhere. “I like Southeast Asian food but hate fish sauce, I’m cooking for two, and I’m an intermediate cook who doesn’t mind spending 45 minutes on dinner on weekends” gets you something genuinely useful.

Finally, this assumes you have stable access to a grocery store. If you’re in a rural area with one store that may or may not have what you need, OpenClaw can’t solve that — but it can at least send you to the store with a list so you waste as few trips as possible.
